Packing 1: whole compeleted air cooler

Packing 2:   SKD packing with the air cooler main body assembled, cooling pad+ side panel+ dust net assembled

Packing 3: CKD packing with all the spare parts unassembled and packing 1 set/ carton

(the cooler body+fan / cooling pad+ side panel+dust net/ Motor/ Motor hanger+ drain valve+water pump+ball valve+controller+ small attached parts）

1.100mm thickness 5090# cooling pads. No smell type, Deodro-ant treatment, more than 80% evaporate rate. Perfect edge protection, 3 years   warranty.

2. Water pump and drain pump. Ceramic shaft submersible pump. Barrier-free mechanical drain pump, corrosion resistance and efficient performance, 30000   hours continuously working life.

3. Body case. 100% New PP material, not recyclable, with stronge toughness ，anti-UV, anti-corrosion,     anti-aging, better heat-resistant performance:<60℃, 8 years warranty, more than 12 years lifetime.

4. Water distribution system. PVC water pipe. Open water diversion plate, not easy to jam. Anti-corrosion. Water supply evenly. Long working life.

5. Motor support. Our own aluminum mould. motor bracket is heavier, and stronger than common type. Aluminum alloy material , good load-bearing (500kgs), anti-rust, anti-corrosion. Using stainless steel screw to connect.

6. Fan Blades. Nylon and glass fiber material, including three/four/nine blades   (different shape meet different air flow demand). Passing dynamic balance test   before using.

7. Cast iron/ aluminum motor body. Motor bearing good quality, 100% copper-wire   motor winding. Water-proof Rate IP 54 and IP 55, INS Class B. Long working life time, we offer 2 years warranty.

8. Control system. Flame-retardant PCB control box. Damp proof, fast heat dissipation. LCD touch display with remote controller. All kinds of protection function. (220V: Sealed printed circuit boards, 12 wind speeds. 380V: Printed circuit board, one wind speed.)
